Pink princess balloons at the downtown farmers market

Saw some of the fanciest balloon creations today at the market. Today's market was in the city hall parkade. The balloon lady there has really taken balloon animals to a new level. The girls got princesses of course. My favourite was the T-Rex. I didn't get a picture but its teeth were amazing!

Saturday morning pancakes

Most every Saturday morning the girls and I make pancakes from scratch.

Here is the recipe for Basic Eggless Pancakes
1 1/2 cups soymilk
1 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups freshly ground whole wheat flour
3/4  tsp baking soda
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp maple syrup

Concordia Community Chorus

We took the girls to their first concert tonight. Grandma Dombrosky was singing! The music was chosen around the theme of Mardi Gras. The girls got lots of beads and each got a fancy mask.
